Complaints Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, you can make a complaint free of charge by emailing info@tenterdenfinance.co.uk or telephoning 0208 079 2872. Complaints may also be made verbally or in writing.

Complaints relating to our regulated activities are referred to Connect IFA Ltd and handled in accordance with its complaints procedure, under the oversight of its Compliance Director.

If your complaint has not been resolved by the end of the third business day, you will normally receive a written acknowledgement within 5 days of receipt. The complaints procedure provides for a final response, or a written update explaining any delay, within 8 weeks of receipt.

If you remain dissatisfied with the final response, or 8 weeks have passed without a final response, you may be eligible to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service free of charge. Where applicable, you will normally have 6 months from the final response to refer your complaint. Eligibility and time limits depend on the circumstances.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
